Do you paint both interior and exterior?
Yes, we paint both the interior and the exterior of both homes and businesses.
What are your rates?
Because every project is different it is difficult to have a set rate that works for everything. We want to make sure we bid your project in a way that reflects the quality job you want done commensurate with your budget and expectations.
Because the amount of prep work varies on every project we can never know for sure what the final cost will be unless we are able to inspect the job before quoting a price.

I have a wood deck and fence; do you stain or paint those?
Yes, we can remove old finishes and restore both your fence and your decks to nearly new condition. Making wood look beautiful is a passion of ours!
How often do I need to repaint my house?
We are sure that you have heard this before, but it depends!
We always use premium quality paint which will last many years longer than inexpensive paint. The amount of prep work and proper primer on a sound substrate all factor into how long a paint job should last.
Generally speaking you should not need to repaint the outside of your home for 7-15 years (unless you decide to change the color). However, the time to repaint is before it needs it!
How can I make my paint job last longer?
That’s a good question and we are glad you asked!
At Dwyer Painting we offer an annual service of two hours of free touch up.
We will return to your home one year after completion and touch up anything that got damaged during the year or maybe a spot that we overlooked when the job was done.
What is your warranty?
We warrant our work this way: Until you are happy with the work we agreed to in our written contract the job isn’t done.
If you find something we missed, we will come back and make it right. If for some reason there is a failure of the paint, we will work with the manufacturer to find a suitable solution to the problem.
If we schedule our job will it start and finish when you say?
The strength of our company is scheduling. We take our schedule and yours very seriously. When we start a project, we intend to stick with it until it is finished…on time!
We try to allow enough time in our schedule for unforeseen changes that inevitably occur so that we can flex with the changes and still meet your deadlines.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry full liability coverage and workers comp insurance for your protection and we will provide certificates of insurance upon request.
Our carriers are listed on our contract documents.
Do you have a license?
Yes, we are currently licensed in California only as a C-33 Painting and Decorating Contractor.
We also carry a C61/D06 classification for concrete related services that would include: Concrete sawing, concrete curing, floor hardening treatment, coloring concrete, and concrete restoration. In other words, we can install epoxy floors.
